CANADA POST SHIPPING UPDATES
UPDATE AS OF NOVEMBER 20, 2025

We would like to provide an update for all participants regarding the status of ribbon shipments. Canada Post is still currently operating under rotating strikes, which has caused delays across the mail system nationwide. As a result, some participants still may not have received their ribbons yet.
​
At this time, we will not be resending ribbons through alternative couriers due to significantly higher shipping costs, and because most Canada Post items are still expected to arrive once the rotating disruptions clear.
​
However, if any participant prefers to have their ribbons re-sent immediately through another carrier (such as FedEx, UPS, or Purolator), we can accommodate this upon request. Pleas note that additional shipping costs would apply, and those wishing to use this option should contact us directly at: wildrosevirtualhorseshow@gmail.com.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide you with updates. If your ribbons have not arrived by December 11th, 2025 please reach out to us and we will ensure the matter is addressed at this time.
